The Club at Brickell Bay is a 43-story condo tower opened in 2005, sitting right on Brickell Bay with open water views, a bayfront pool deck, and a short walk to Brickell City Centre and Mary Brickell Village. Daily rentals are allowed by the HOA, which is why we run units here.
