Icon Brickell is the most permissive daily-rental tower in Brickell. Three towers, 57 floors at the tallest, built around W Hotel infrastructure — pool deck, spa, gym, concierge. We manage a group of residences in Tower 3.

What you see

Tower 3 units face Biscayne Bay or the Brickell skyline depending on the line. Higher floors get cleaner sightlines past adjacent buildings.
